ABI Science and Industry Advisory Committees

For ABI to move forward with quality research, its programs must continually be assessed and reassessed. In order to provide excellent human health research projects, two external advisory committees have been named to assist this effort. The ABI Science and Industry Advisory Committees are composed of distinguished, knowledgeable persons in the fields of science and industry and serve as resources for the Arkansas Biosciences Institute Board. The committees will provide advice and recommendations on potential areas for new research; for strengthening on-going research; for promoting ABI research and disseminating information to the public; and for facilitating research results into commercial, alternate technological, and other applications.

The ABI Science and Industry Advisory Committee members were recently announced by the Board. This group of nationally and internationally recognized experts meets at least once each year and their expertise is used to guide the research focus of the Arkansas Biosciences Institute.
